We are NSF UPHOLSTERY, a small upholstery company operating as sole trader in England and Wales. Our office
and workshop is based at Unit A1, Copley Mill, Huddersfield Road, Stalybridge, Cheshire SK15 3DN. (“we”/ “our”
/ “us”).
We are committed to ensuring that your privacy is protected. We will continue to comply with the provisions
of the Data Protection Act (“DPA”) until midnight at the start of 25 May 2018, after which we will comply with
the General Data Protection Regulation ((EU) 2016/679) (“GDPR”) unless and until the GDPR is no longer
directly applicable in the UK, together with any national implementing laws, regulations and secondary
legislation as amended or updated from time to time in the UK, and any successor legislation to the GDPR and
the DPA (together “Data Protection Legislation”). We are the data controller of data you pass to us pursuant
to this policy.
This policy sets out how we collect personal information from you and how the personal information you
provide will be processed by us. By visiting the website at nsffurniturepairs.co.uk (the “Website”) you are
accepting and consenting to the practices described in this policy. If you do not consent, please do not
submit any personal data to us.

Name: Google Analytics
Purpose: This is one of the four main cookies set by the Google Analytics service which
enables website owners to track visitor behaviour and measure site performance. This cookie distinguishes
between users and sessions. It it used to calculate new and returning visitor statistics. The cookie is
updated every time data is sent to Google Analytics. The lifespan of the cookie can be customised by website
owners. Expiry: 2 Years.

Name: Google Analytics
Purpose: This is one of the four main cookies set by the Google Analytics service which
enables website owners to track visitor behaviour and measure site performance. It is not used in most sites
but is set to enable interoperability with the older version of Google Analytics code known as Urchin. In this
older versions this was used in combination with the __utmb cookie to identify new sessions/visits for
returning visitors. When used by Google Analytics this is always a Session cookie which is destroyed when the
user closes their browser.

Name: Google Analytics
Purpose: This is one of the four main cookies set by the Google Analytics service which
enables website owners to track visitor behaviour measure of site performance. This cookie identifies the
source of traffic to the site - so Google Analytics can tell site owners where visitors came from when
arriving on the site. The cookie has a life span of 6 months and is updated every time data is sent to Google
Analytics. Expiry: 6 Months.

3. Use made of the information

8. Your rights in respect of your data

- You can ask us to confirm that we process your personal data and provide access to and copies of the

access your information and provide this information to you free of charge unless your request is
manifestly unfounded or excessive or repetitive, in which case we are entitled to charge a reasonable
fee. We may also charge if you request more than one copy of the same information.
- We will provide the information you request as soon as possible and in any event within one month of
receiving your request, unless there are extenuating circumstances. If we need more information to
comply with your request, we’ll let you know.
- Rectification of your data
- If you believe personal data we hold about you is inaccurate or incomplete, or any of the information
you provide to us changes, please let us know as soon as possible so that we can make the necessary
changes to the information we hold for you on our database. If you wish to make any changes to your

- We will comply with your request within one month of receiving it, unless we don’t feel it’s
appropriate for us to do so in which case we’ll let you know why. We’ll also let you know if we need
more time to comply with your request.
- Right to be forgotten
- In some circumstances, you have the right to ask us to delete personal data we hold about you. This
right is available to you:
- where we no longer need your personal data for the purpose for which we collected it;
- where we have collected your personal data on the grounds of consent and you withdraw that
consent;
- where you object to the processing and we don’t have any overriding legitimate interests to
continuing processing the data;
- where we have unlawfully processed your personal data (i.e. we have failed to comply with GDPR);
- where the personal data has to be deleted to comply with a legal obligation; and
- where the personal data we process relates to the offer of online services to a child.
